How do I print the questions?

In any of the three study modes, please enter into an exam and then in the top left hand corner, select the print function. If you then want to view the answer or explanation, select the buttons on the bottom of the screen.

All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us.

I try and open the notes section on the quizzer but nothing happens.

Actually when you start using the problems, the notes section will be blank. The notes section is for you to use as you go through the quizzer and come across questions that you want to leave yourself a note on. After a series of notes are built up you then have the option to print them.

This can be found on the inside of the jewel case of the CD or on the email that was sent to you.

We strive to prepare our students to the best of our ability with questions similar to the actual exam.

Yes, the product you just purchased is for a single-user license agreement but may be installed on multiple machines.

Yes, the email will be sent to you and includes a direct link to our web site where you can download the software.

How long will it take before I can go and test?

This will depend on your skills set and the amount of time you can spend studying. If you have made 3 trips through the software and are scoring over 90% on the simulated exam, then you are ready to sit for the test.

Customer Service:

I cannot review the questions in Pretest Mode.

I cannot review the questions in Pretest Mode.
When you first start using the program you should take 4 Pretests. The goal at this point is to get a better idea of the database and program but more importantly, the software to get an idea of where you are at. You should be reviewing each question until you have completed the Pretest mode and moved onto the Adaptive Drill.

When I am in Adaptive Drill I get an error which say No questions selected. Can’t proceed. What did I do wrong?

You need to select an objective category and then select the amount of questions you want.

How do you transfer your history from one computer to another?

How do you transfer your history from one computer to another?
Make sure you are running the same version of CramMaster engine and database on both computers. Then from the main screen menu bar select History. The last 2 options are Export History and Import History.



Use the Export History to move it to the new computer and then import history to import the work you have done.

When installing the software I get an error which says, “Invalid Exam databases exists in exam path. Some of the Exam db’s will be discarded.”

This is a glitch in the system and will not cause you any problems. Please just disregard.

We ship via Federal Express in the United States and via global priority internationally. Depending on your location to Tampa, Florida shipping times usually will be from 4-6 days for US delivery and 1-2 weeks for International orders.
