ExamForce Pass Guarantee

We are so confident that you will pass any corresponding exam by using ExamForce’s CramMaster, that if you fail the test we will refund your purchase!

To qualify for a refund you must:

  1. Be the registered purchaser
  2. Fail the corresponding exam twice (no time limit)
  3. Contact our Customer Service Department at (800) 845-8569 or via email at customerservice@examforce.com to claim this guarantee and provide your proof of purchase along with copies of failing exam notices for both failed attempts
  4. Return the corresponding software

All returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Any packages sent without a RMA # will not be accepted. It is recommended that returns be sent to ExamForce via UPS or Federal Express.

This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from ExamForce. Shipping is non-refundable.

Returns of this type must be received by ExamForce or postmarked no later than 30 days after receiving second failed notice from official test vendor.

Corporate membership, corporate licenses and reseller inventory are not eligible for the above Guarantee.

Any non-failing returns accepted by ExamForce will carry a 25% restocking fee.


Lifetime Customer Policy

Lifetime Memberships are vendor specific and offered at substantial discount from single unit prices.

Lifetime Membership offers access to all current and future titles CramMaster produces for the specific vendor for which a Lifetime Membership is purchased (i.e. Microsoft or Cisco, CompTIA, CFA etc.).

All current CramMaster titles, upgrades, and vendor version changes, as well as future engine updates, are available to Lifetime Members. Accessory products, such as Audio titles, flashcards, study guides, cram guides etc. are not available under the terms of the Lifetime Customer Policy.

Shipment of CramMaster titles is limited to two at one time. Providing notice of pass or fail of previously shipped titles opens the queue for additional titles. Electronic updates to previously shipped titles are available without restriction. Shipment of CFA CramMaster titles is limited to one at a time.

Lifetime Memberships are licensed to a single user without expiration.

Lifetime Memberships do not qualify for a money back guarantee.


Membership Pack Policy

Memberships Packs are non-vendor specific and offered at substantial discount from single unit prices.

Non-vendor specific Membership Packs provide the number of CramMaster titles specified at purchase, from any vendor category that ExamForce has available now or in the future.

All current titles, upgrades, vendor version changes, as well as future engine updates, are available to non-vendor specific Pack Members.

Shipment of CramMaster titles is limited to two at one time. Providing notice of pass or fail of previously shipped titles opens the queue for additional titles. Electronic updates to previously shipped titles are available without restriction.

Non-vendor specific Membership Packs are licensed to a single user.

Non-vendor specific Membership Packs do not qualify for a money back guarantee.
